With his bright, colourful markings, cheeky smile and positive attitude, it’s hard not to love the 2019 Arafura Games mascot, Milula.
Born in the bush at East Point Reserve, this young wallaby is a true Territorian and spent much of his 'joeyhood’ playing sport against other furry friends at the Marrara Sporting Complex.
Milula has been a huge sports fan ever since he can remember and loves any opportunity to celebrate the Territory’s rich culture and many sporting achievements.
Naturally competitive and perhaps a little over-confident, Milula will give anything a go and won’t hesitate to show you how great his dancing skills are.
The young marsupial is proud of his Larrakia heritage, and can’t wait to share and celebrate this rich culture with the rest of the world through the Arafura Games.
Print out a Milula colouring in page and create your very own Wallaby ears.
