A game inspiring pure focus and concentration, the sport of Tennis requires mental tenacity under great pressure. Played at the new purpose built Darwin International Tennis Centre at the Marrara Sporting Complex, spectators will see the commitment of players through excellent smashes, aces, slices, athletic skill and hard work.

Eligibility

Athletes born within or after January 2001 are eligible to compete in an ITF Future Series in 2019.

Players 16+ will be eligible to participate in the Open Teams Event.

Competition Format

ITF Future Series (Wheelchair event) will consist of an elimination draw with a sign-in consolation draw. For juniors age groups, if there are <4 players, a round-robin pool will be run.

The Open Teams Event will consist of round-robin pool play, followed by semi-finals and/or finals depending on number of teams within the event.

Entries into the Tennis Teams competition are limited.
