Muaythai

A martial art originating from Thailand, Muaythai has been part of Thai heritage for hundreds of years. Practitioners strike using 8 points of contact known as weapons – fists, shins, knees and elbows. The elite tournament will feature a formidable arsenal of clinching manoeuvres, where athletes strike with the elbow or knee, and sweeping tactics, where opponents are brought to the ground.
